Maybe you're experiencing depression and anxiety. Maybe you're engaging in some behaviors that you wish you could change. Or maybe you're experiencing relationship issues. I specialize in helping clients address trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addiction, and other co-occuring issues. I use a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to help you set goals and work towards those goals in a warm, supportive therapeutic environment. In sessions, I typically utilize techniques from internal family systems therapy, attachment theory, compassion-focused therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed yoga, and emotion-focused family therapy to help you repair your relationship with yourself.
